Denise WAMBSGANß
mandolin

Born in 1975 in Landau/Pfalz, Germany, Denise Wambsganß began learning the mandolin at the age of eight. She is a student of Detlef TEWES, and is currently studying at the Musikhochschule Köln/Wuppertal.

Denise has performed with Ensemble Modern, Ensemble Champ d'Action of Belgium, and Australia's ELISION Ensemble, and has participated in projects with the Radio-Sinfonie-Orchester des Hessischen Rundfunks.

Her opera performances include working with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra (Salzberger Osterfestspiele 199?, conductor Claudio ABBADDO), Staatstheatre Karlsruhe, Orchester der Beethovenhalle Bonn and the Orchertra of the Cologne Opera.
